Cancellation Policy

Less than 48 hours notice of appointment cancellation will result in a 50 percent charge of the reserved service amount. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, a non-cancel / non-show will be charged 100 percent of the reserved service amount. This cancellation policy allows me the time to perform your services with the time and care you deserve, and also allows for me to contact clients on my waiting list to have the opportunity for appointments.
