*Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try to do this in a timely manner. The more notice, the better!

Saturday appointments have a 48 hour cancellation requirement and are subject to incurring a charge if cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Please be advised that all weekday cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via (email, text, phone call) will be processed without incurring a charge.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment, it means that I have reserved time exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a charge of half the service fee for any and all services scheduled and full charge for non-cancel, non-show. Please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

*Payment Options

As a very small business I have found it necessary to make a change concerning payments. I will continue to accept credit cards, however you can save by paying with cash or check.
I can no longer accept Venmo payments.
Credit card payments will be subject to a processing fee of 3.75%, which will automatically be added at the point of sale. (This includes online gift certificate purchases)

Please make note of this for your future appointments and purchases.
